Pengrowth Saddledome
Phoenix @ Calgary
- Coyotes come into town tonight to face the Flames at the Pengrowth Saddledome, wear the local team still holds the biggest home-ice advantage in the league, despite their vomit-inducing record on the road...
- Calgary is coming off a big win at home over the San Jose Sharks on Saturday night, where the big guns came out to play...
- Phoenix hasn't played since beating the Flames 3-2 on Thursday night in Arizona...
- Jamie McLennan will hopefully get the start tonight, in what should be an easy win, while Miikka Kiprusoff could really use a little rest to get his head sorted out. Lets just hope the defence tightens up a little for Noodles (assuming he gets the nod)...
- The Coyotes will probably go with the hot hand in net, in the form of Mikael Telqvist (as much as you can ever call his hand hot)...
I take the Flames in this one 5-1. Goals by Iginla (2), Langkow, Huselius, and Primeau. Doan answers back for the road team...
I'd write more, but I really don't have the time or energy for it...
